At Royal Advertising, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions.
Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and a video of unboxing the item.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@royaladvertisings.com. Once we accept your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with the details. We will assess the issue and arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have concerns regarding these products.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Replacement
For replacements, the customer must return the item to us at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will either repair or replace it, depending on the issue.
